Pure Bliss Aromatherapy Facial Treatment

This luxurious aromatherapy facial treatment combines the benefits of essential oils, hot stone massage and LJ Natural organic skin care products to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Your treatment starts with a 25 minute hot stone back, shoulder, arm and hand massage and then your facial begins. I double cleanse your face and gently exfoliate your skin to remove dry and dead skin cells. I use gentle lymphatic drainage massage techniques on your shoulders, neck and face with a specially blended aromatherapy facial oil. After the face masque is applied I carry out a deep stimulating massage to your scalp. I remove the masque using warm towels and apply an eye treatment and, finally, massage a moisturiser gently into the face and neck.

The pure bliss facial is a great way to combine a relaxing hot stone massage whilst helping your skin to recover from the effects of everyday life.

After the Treatment

As this is an extremely relaxing treatment it is advisable to;

• Drink plenty of water to flush toxins from the body
• Rest
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours (increased circulation can mean you get intoxicated more quickly)
• If oil is in your hair apply shampoo to dry hair to emulsify the oil and then wash as normal.
