This morning I was visited by Claire Dale who has launched the Irene Parker skin safety message in association with Melanoma UK. She has set up this campaign after sadly losing her mum to stage 4 metastatic melanoma in 2014.
I’m extremely proud to announce that I am a skin safe partner. This doesn’t mean I’m an expert on melanoma but I will encourage people to be skin aware, checking moles, noticing irregularities and then getting them checked out. Being aware of moles and marks on your skin is so important as early detection can save lives.
